    Texture is everything

    I love the texture of MATE waffle - almost reads like a knit. Soft and cozy. I have two half zips and now the crew neck. Length is also quite nice on these.

    Exceeded My Expectations

    I absolutely love the quality, fit, comfort and color of this top. I am 5'3" and 102 lbs. and size small is perfect. It is slightly oversized but flattering at the same time. Not sloppy at all, and so soft and comfy. I hope Mate brings this one back in more color options. I would buy more. Love the soft neutral colors that can be worn year round! Forest is beautiful. I highly recommend!

    Love this top!

    I was so happy this thermal top came back into stock in my size and bone color. It is a beautiful neutral color that I wear with everything. I layer it when it’s chilly out and also wear it alone! Nice body to it! Highly recommend!

How do I find my size?

What is MATE’s return and exchange policy?

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on items not marked Final Sale within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. To start a return or exchange, visit our Returns page.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped from our Southern California warehouse within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days after processing.

For expedited shipping:

  • Next Day: $35
  • 2-Day: $25
  • 3-Day: $15


Expedited orders must be placed by 10:00 AM PST to ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will ship the following business day.

How often do you restock styles?

We do our best to work with our factories to restock products as quickly as possible. We aim to keep our core colors in stock year-round; new colors introduced each season are not guaranteed to be restocked.

As a sustainable brand with a small team, we focus on quality over quantity, and maintaining our ethical supply chain and material standards is our top priority.
